HR问的原因就是要根据你给的数字给OFFER,如果他们是按那个职位的SALARY RANGE给,就不会刨根问底了.

我原本不相信会有公司不问工资不问期望值就给OFFER的.但我上次的OFFER是唯一一次遵照老土的哼哼教导,填申请表时没给salary history,也没给salary expectation.在我纠结于如果被问起应该如何应答的时候,对方出了比我期望值还高的薪水.当然这种好事我也只碰到过一次:)
