如何比较Contract Job Hourly Rate vs. Salary？

有一个contract job, hourly rate is $43. Recruiter told me the maximum can go up to $47.  No medical insurance.  怎么样换算成薪水呢？感觉比我原来的工作低了不少。据说还可能需要onsite overtime. 但是这是一个很著名的大公司，能让简历很亮一下。

如果给offer，　去吗？还是多等等，再找长期工？
