谢谢。问问大家，对新工作老板提到的，contract后的工作机会，相信多少？因为介绍我的朋友就是这个职位然后升到最高，干了有5年

新公司老板给我的映像是稳重，实话实说（他把team的员工，成长，还有业务，合作伙伴都给我介绍了很多，感觉很有诚意），不是那种吹牛说大话的人（当然只是我的第一映像）。他用来吸引我的也是contract后的升职机会，而且说新职位基本是确定有的（当然不能打保票，如果真的没成功，公司很大所以还有机会可以去别的部门－这话不假），好几个员工也是从我contract这个职位升到后面的那个。因为我的朋友人很实在，稳重，所以我感觉公司环境和同事应该也类似性格，不是那种忽悠人的。

有意思的是面试5分钟以后，问我有没有看过Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking,说很多决定其实一眨眼就做好了，他自己的经验也是，对我印象不错，觉得我会适合。（我面试准备工作相关的问题，他都没有问，汗） 很快就开始给我介绍公司了。

面试后给我发了email，也是很诚恳的口气，贴在这里给大家参考
