Thank you for your interest in our company.  After due consideration, we recognized your excellent interpersonal skills and, the fact that you completed your studies quickly, was impressive to us.  However, with the years of experience you have, we expected more depth in a specific field or more accomplishments.  We are looking for indications that you are capable of exceptional achievements.  I would like to see that translation in your career if we were to reconsider a position for you here.  If you have any questions let me know.
