suggestion about salary negotiation

HR just called and went over the offer package with me. The base salary was only increased by $7000. I expressed that I wanted more base salary. HR mentioned that she can try $3000 more. HR also kind of threated that I do not have to take this job. I plan to get an increase by $15000 from my current salary. Is it too much? Thanks a lot!
