胆大心细脸皮厚---找工经验之我见

我工作经验不是很多，但现在心态痕积极（希望不会过几天就被打击得灭火了）先谢谢各位指导。

          
我觉得找工作的态度一定要主动，看准目标就主动联系雇主。 雇主都喜欢Active和Proactive的员工。让他先听到你的声音，这样距离马上就会被拉近了， 那么拿到Interview的机会就比那些不主动打电话联系的Candidates多得多。 如果发了Resume后就坐等回复那会是石沉大海。今天看了一份与自己工作经验相符的工作，看见电话就打去，但人家已经下班了，留了言。周一再主动打过去，要求先给一个电话Interview.

一定要把学到的知识和工作经验变成钱，   希望找到一份自己喜欢的薪水也能达期望值的工作。还有很多Interview技巧要学，总的来说要保持乐观积极向上的心态， 要给人一个外向热情容易与人相处的形象。
