Nope! -- That's chain of command, order and rule!

It's not personal issue. Also, the industry is in trouble, choking the entire economy, the leader/director has huge pressure even just to keep this man.

If the man is not able to work, he can go to any benefits program, but if he's back, he has to follow the same rule, and that's the same thing: chain of command, order and rule!
