现雇主在薪酬谈判中给你的答复近乎羞辱，非常childish。你的要挟式谈判策略让他们非常非常不爽。
现在大家都冷静下来了，都给对方一个台阶，是修补关系的好机会。
给他们一个option：“不会因为离职而丢下不管吧？” of course not. Let's talk about options. I'd love to help out during AND after transission period. I would work for the company on demand, if we have a appropriate contract. 
下面让他们先提百家姓的二娃，老土老师的策略。
