"现在心里很难受！也曾找过新工作，有个offer,工资和现在相仿，但总体来讲不如现在的compensation,再加上不是project lead, 也不会象现在这样有direct report,就没选。总的来讲，我现在的工资在业界还是偏高的，想找比现在强的工作也不易。可是现在在这实在憋气！"
