想了解硅谷 grupon公司情况

家属拿到groupon 北加分部的offer, 想了解下这个公司的内部情况，不知道哪位高人了解？比如公司有没有末尾淘汰制，有没有三年升一级能涨薪水，压力大不大，反正就是各方面吧，问的不专业让大家见笑…
