首先你是男的还是女的。若亚男被discriminate多多。穿好点。其次这老板不ethical.你得说you want to do an outstanding job maybe you have cultural misunderstanding due to having received education in a communism country but you really want to be a good team player and contribute to the team. Then you wang to say he has done an outstanding job in your job training but this part is very crucial as well for your success and his success. Then come out and say, why working too hard disappoint him? Is it your job performance not good? If so, can he give you some specific feedback? 有时是文化不一样你需一个同事帮你理解公司文化。你除你老板外需其他朋友at work.除了专业外和同事聊天也是你工作促进感情嘛。
