Which one you will select

1. The company I am working at has around 200 employees. It operates in very niche market. It is one of the top three vendors in this market. The benefits of this job is balanced life style such as flexible working hours. core working hours is from 9am--3pm. The manager is a pretty good one. and I have passed the probation. And no clear business goals for PM.

 
everyday, I usually leave home at 8 and be back at 5. Drive

 
2. For a federal government opportunity, the advantages including:

 
(1) relative higher salary
(2) pension plan

 
but since the office is in downtown, I need to take public transit every day. So at least 2 hours on commute everyday. It is a federal government position but not a typical government job, has revenue goals. I had an interview with the GM, a pretty tough lady. My manager is another city.

I am a single mom, need to take care of one daughter.
