请教朋友们的建议

本人40 出头 在湾区做IT, 这星期拿到3 个 offers, 不知该去那个， 很纠结，想听听各位的建议。

1. 本地大公司， 高工资
2. 本地政府工， 轻松
3.UC 系统 , relocation, good benefits.
