how does it feel for working in this type of company?

I just got an offer from a small software development company (100+ persons), they have been in industry 10+ years, major client is targeting pharmaceutical and clinical research industry.

以往的工作经验都是大公司内部的INTERNAL IT 部门. 所以没有这方面类似公司工作的经验...有过这方面小的software development company 经验的人能否谈下感觉如何? 会不会比较CHAOTIC? 有感于上一份工作就是太STRESSFUL 和 WORK LOAD 太crazy, finally got laid off, 而且自己也感觉太累而干不下去的.

是否象我这种情况, 应当避免这种类型小的软件公司?
