Does my supervisor have the authority to send me home in the mid

of the day for no reason?

先谢谢楼下各位的鼓励／回复。

本来想算了，不file grievance了，因为我不是那种“与人奋斗，其乐无穷的人”。准备材料这个过程对我来说也stressful. 但估计我老板不会就此罢休的，我下周去上班，她肯定回给我个警告啥的。她was so used to getting to do whatever she wants. "Compromise" or "back off" are not words in her dictionary. 再说我被无辜送回家without pay. 觉得也实在太冤枉。感觉大老板也expect me to file,因为当我告诉她我不打算file时她显得很吃惊。无论结果如何给我老板留个案底也好。

现在问题是：我以什么理由file最好？我老板有权随便让我回家吗？filing grievance 必须用指定的表格，在规定期限（5 business days),说明哪条法律，规章，条款被违背了。查了员工手册，上面没提。有一条有点关系是说老板不能随便减员工工资除非1。2。3。。。那些1。2。3。不包括老板随意让员工回家。

有谁知道吗？谢谢。
