好的BA责任其实很重。既要懂business，又要懂IT (whether or not reqirements are reasonable and feasible)。BA 负责 what。

Solution 属于 design 范畴。严格讲，developer 属于 implementation 范畴。developer 负责 how.

if you turn the table around, view it from business prospect, not from IT prospect, it makes more sense...
