thanks to all who has taken the time to look at my job situation post and gave me all sorts of suggestions/comments. I read them carefully one by one.
I have one question that I 'd like to ask for your opinion.
In fact, in the future job hunting..I will inevitably questioned by many recruiters or employers about the reason why I had short history of employment, while they are all actually full time perm job.
here is my two highly questionable ones.
company x - just got laid off yesterday after working there for only 4 months, I have explained my situation in the previous post - 在此就不多说了.
company y- this is 11 months long period before company x. Got an unreasonable boss, yells all the time. micro-management etc. during my 11 months staying there, 3 persons reported to him left on their own. So I chose to quit after 11 months.
I already got recruiters very questionable about why I worked so shortly , especially in the situation that I don't have a job right now...and actively looking...I am really concerned some recruiters sounds really concerned saying not sure if the hiring manager will like that type of job hopping situation. they basically all said :" well I will try the best I could to submit your resume and explain the situation , but not sure if they like that. They don't want to hire someone and suddenly after 6 months or so, he/she quit".
Please help, how should I explain my company X AND COMPANY y Leave reason, so it doesn't sound too negative??? and make sense.
