Can I go to the new job by using vacation day without notice cur

I got a new job offer but I am not sure that working envirnment I really like it or not, I am just wondering if I can take vacation days to try to work there a week, then I will make a decision if i will quit the current job? Please help. Thank you for your time in advance! Any input will be great appreciated.
