If your salary income is from the agent in state B instead of client in state C, you need pay tax to state B. Tax is not just base on the income state, but also the state you resident. The three states will settle the income tax, property tax, and/or other tax together. Just go through the steps and answer questions on online Turbotax, you will get the results.
