我曾经在9年前吃过一张超速罚单，当时是付罚金并去traffic school学习，拿到certificate后，这个case就了结了，我的疑问有3个：
1.disposition and fine这栏应该怎么填写
2.我的驾照没有pending过，但我吃过罚单，按它的要求没有pending过应该写"None and Nothing Pending“，到底该写什么呢？我糊涂了
3.abstract of operation record是什么，我只有罚单，和交罚款的receipt
