问题：1。直接 上级不在这里 办公，在另一个省，一般都是邮件或skype交流。总觉得交流上会有问题。有经验的朋友能不能说 说看。

２。Ｏｆｆｅｒ上写，如果离职，需提起１个月通知。这让我感觉不太好。一般都是２周，１个月好像比较刻薄。

2。谈工资的时候出了点差错。Ｏｆｆｅｒ 上的比我面试时提的低不少，我打电话过去，Ｈｒ说 我面试时就要了这么多。我很郁闷，因为我提的就比较低，因为我现在的工资严重偏低，所以我当时就没敢多要。我解释了我的希望值，Ｈｒ说她再回去和用人部门谈。下午给我提了个新数字，比我 要的还是低。如果 我接受了，会不会让他们觉得我很难说话？或者有其他的不好印象？
