• Conduct design, modification and support testing and implementation of defects, enhancements and new projects 
• Perform design and development on one or more of these applications or programming languages : Oracle ERP, Salesforce.com, ASP, .NET, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, reports, BI publisher, OAF and ADF, WebServices, XML, HTML, CSS & Javascript, C# Programming in Visual Studio 2012 or 2013. 
• Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills. 
• Design, develop and perform unit testing and configure and administer packaged applications. 
• Recommend changes in development, maintenance and standards. 
• Mentor junior developers on design and coding best practices. 
• Experience with Relational Databases / Object Oriented Databases , writing and fine tuning queries and general database concepts. 
• Familiarity with Asynchronous and Synchronous Programming concepts. 
• Solid understanding of design patterns in multithreaded environment.. 
• Communicates concepts, action plans crisply to sourcing provider, business, IT teams and leadership.
