收到误发来的高层之间往来邮件当如何处理？谢谢

刚刚收到一封email，是高层之间讨论今年向某机构捐献的往来，估计是误将我名字选入了收件人（仅最后一封，但还是能看到以前的往来过程）。请教当如何处理显得更professional:
(1)当做没发生，什么也不做；
(2)回复邮件，问有什么可以效劳的，比如： Dear xx, May I ask what can I be help on this issue? Thanks.
(3)回复邮件，暗示可能是发错了，比如：Dear xx, Thank you for your information but I don't think that I would in the reception list.  Regards,
(4)其他建议。
