"比较不放心的是15月的retention", yes, if it is a formal retention package, you may be required to sign a document with obligations of 
1) you will stay in the company in the next 15 months,
2) your retention bonus (cash) will be distributed in the next 15 months paycheck,
3) the additional stock options will be vested after ...

Good point, yet it made me embarrassing, cause I am like a mecernary, stuck in
somewhere just for bloody money:(
