请有经验的人指点一下·

我在现在的位置上做了两年了，技术方面还挺好的，但是我的presentation方面一直做得有些吃力，没有达到老板的期望值，短期之内要达到期望有困难，主要原因是不够自信，平时练习的机会也不多。最近工资内部有其他的位置，比我现在的职位要低一级，从一个大cube搬到一个小cube，但是这个位置会让我学到更多的东西，跟人打交道的机会会多一些，压力也会小一点，希望能够多一些时间和机会提高communication和presentation skills,但是,这是一个变相的demotion，我担心这会不会是一个career suicide。希望有经验的xdjm指点一下，谢谢！
