请交如何解释频繁换工作，比较得体

本人８年换了五个工作。现在工作工资极低，是我上一个的一半。想再换工作，市场反应很差。有几个AGENT 问一下为何频繁换工作，说了实话，就没下文。请交如何解释频繁换工作，比较得体。
