看了springgarden的找工经历，上来发一点感叹。

不少人觉得会计工作多，找份工不要太容易了。但现实是像springgarden这样，有硕士文凭，注册会计师执照的人为什么找份稍微像样的工作都这么难呢？

首先，会计工作门槛低。虽然需求大，供应也多。
其次，会计工作，尤其是比较高层的会计工作，对语言－说和写，要求比较高。因为这些职位上的人需要经常和senior management 打交道。中国人在而这点上是弱项，而西人乐此不彼。如果同样两个候选人，一个技术能力强，另一个语言沟通能力强，后者肯定会胜出。

高职位碰到语言障碍，低职位又overqualified. 这可能是有类似经历的朋友找工难的原因。当然，如果你在big4工作过，情况会有不同。因为大多数大公司的controllers even CFOs都是四大出来的。我不清楚四大工作的经验，是否会部分弥补语言不足，还是能进四大的，本来语言就比较强。

另外，我说的是financial and managerial accounting. 可能Tax有所不同？记得这儿有做税的朋友曾说过，税务老板更care if you can get the job done, timely.
