如何指出他人的错误？

二老板A（不是我的顶头上司）把分析结果发给大家了。大老板让他看这儿，A只看这儿，没看别的地方，结果分析就偏了。根据A的结果，大老板会做出错误的决策。我要不要指出？是单独跟A说，还是reply to all?
