急问关于negotiate salary的问题

上个礼拜五给了口头offer，HR在电话里说了salary和benefit，问我是否能接受，我说OK。
其实对salary有点不满意，说OK因为着急挂电话（当时二娃正在楼下嚎啕大哭）
这个礼拜五发来的书面offer，里面是口头答应的价钱。我于是按这里高人给的句型回信：Is the salary negotiable? I am making XXX with 10% bonus and benifts(1,2,3). Can you offer XXX+2k instead?
一直没回信。刚刚发现HR下午来电话留了message，说收到我的邮件很shock，价钱不是都谈好了吗？
已经5点多了，今天来不及回电话。打算回一个email，周一打电话。

我现在很心虚，按老土老丝的路子是拿到书面offer后negotiate，对方是在虚张声势还是真的很shocking啊。
我真想直接说：算了，就这么着吧，我老老实实上班去了。但又有点不甘心。
大家能不能给出出主意。是算了还是继续坚持？坚持的话有什么注意事项？
