换工作，遭遇瓶颈，请赐教

本人码工，英语特滥，但在一小公司蹲了8年。
想换工作，太难了。
我现在是fulltime position ,工资太低， 没有任何福利，好处天天没事也无聊。
有人给我contract and hight pay.
是不是换尼?怕contract 之后在也找不到fulltime的工作。
还是坚决找fulltime的工作。或找一parttime的工作
怎么能拿到onsite的interview?
