谢谢“瞎问瞎说”，“一级棒”（yijibang), manymore and philosophied 的回复。

1. 新公司比现在少几百园，LD说要至少match.  没提Bonus and 工资年增率， 上周五新公司manager iphone text我offer message，今天HR用Email发的offer？这正式吗？

2. 提了H1 transfer, at will offer


有了这份offer，准备给现公司老印manager提绿卡事, at same time,

aske HR about this offer,
1. is it the official offer? or I have to wait for the offical offer letter? ask about increasing/matching salary base, ask the information about bonus and salary yearly increased rate etc
2. want to see benefit document, compare it with my current one
3. re-confirm-- information about the green card  in the new company, should be it in the offer letter?
4. ask the paper work or information about H1 transfer

我是想走，但本城市共交太差，要末租房，要末开车，LD强烈反对我接收目前的offer，一天路上至少4个小时。
