good training ground for youngsters

Great training.  Pretty good benefits.  Go-lives are demanding, so not good for married with kids.  But then bench time is relaxing.  Too long bench time is subject to letgo, but junior analysts are cheap labor and usually find assignments easily.  If located in an office with big companies and government around, most assignments are local so mostly commutes by car.
