这不是什么人品问题。Nobody likes kissing ass, its a just a way to move up or sometimes just simply to keep you current job. Being a 40+ adult, you should have already known very well that 成人不自在。if eventually you decide not to go, make sure you come back to this post if you get laid off earlier than your peers.
