老板要拉俺一起在公司组建一个新部门

听起来不错，但为啥要折腾呢？俺觉得现在挺好。
难道白人都喜欢折腾？
老板的意思是，我们自己去占个楼，想上班就上班，不想上班就溜，这啥态度？
