He is only your同事.  If you are happy here, no point leaving because of him.  He is just jealous of you, and you should be happy about yourself.  At the same time, you don't need to be upset about his attitude.  But you can find a good time to tell him that you have used only your personal time to do this, and it is really not his business.  He is a loser.  I feel sorry for people like that.
