Keep or fire？

我部门一个白人老太太，其实也不老，才50岁而已。能力比较低，不太能解决复杂的问题，特emotional，爱哭。比较懒惰，我们部门有一个男的不忙的时候去帮她，人家来帮她了，她倒插着双手在边上看着，平时也是能偷懒就偷懒。而且一天溜到楼下十几次smoke break。有时会狡辩撒点小慌。不过这位女士又挺苦命的，老公前两年死了，俩儿子死了一个就剩下一个，这一个去年又得了绝症，治疗欠下了一百多万的医疗费，据她说她现在就是在给医院打工还债。

她的试用期快到了，是留下还是走人？
