Thanks for the idea.
For the past 7 years at least 20-30 people quit and some complained to HR but my boss is still fine there, even was promoted.

I am interviewing with other companies. I can complain to HR and quit tomorrow morning, or swallow it until I find a job.

I only have 20 hours to choose.
