有两个职位，请赐教！

有两个职位:

职位1 （现职位）

1. 在职五年，州立大学staff (已经上手，轻松)

2. Grant funded (need to renew the grant every 3 yrs)

3. Retirement plan: vested

4. 离家: 单程40 minutes

5. Vacation: 25 days

职位2
1. 刚收到 Offer， 需回复， 州政府 （稳定）

2. Salary: 比 职位1（现职位）少15K,但应该比职位1涨得快

3．Retirement plan：has pension， but needs 10 years to be vested
4. 离家：单程 50 minutes
5. Vacation：15 天

基本情况：MS in science, 有小孩。老公在找工作，　有relocate的可能性。

现在实在想不清楚了，不知值不值得换工作　（尤其老公正在找工作），请赐教！
