我好像辞职，工作环境太差了

在一个中国人的夫妻店工作，同事好像都是以前没有正式工作过的，
没有 structure
没有 procedure
没有分工，

老板是那种没有原则和标准的人，如果你不吭声，他就欺负你。如果你比他狠，他就妥协。
经常有人扬言要告他，令他多付钱
常常看到他欺负人和被人欺负，我觉得好呕心。

这是我第一次在中国人的公司干，也是最后一次。。。
