再忍忍，还是签字走人？

公司去年亏损很严重，准备裁掉百号人。 上星期，我被请去喝茶。当然，是建议我滚蛋。公司会给补偿金，工资给到九月底。很明显，上司对我不是很满意，借机让我走人。我也是想走，可是不知道，目前工作好找吗？当然，我可以不接受。后面会发生什么，没人知道。我必须很快给出决定，否则，赔偿金会降很多。求各位高手给些建议。
