If you already have an easy time at the current job, I wouldn't switch.
What about other benefits like bonus, vacation or medical?
I wouldn't consider it too seriously with a slightly better package. Unless its at least 10% or 10k more, you gain very little and will regret when the new job gives you a harder time with the same pay.
