Please help - Employment history check.

Hi, Dear all,

I got an offer from a company which I really want to go. But this company hired hireright.com to conduct employment history check. When asked if the hireright.com can contact my current employer or not, I have chosen "no" (I think most of you may chose "No"). So hireright.com asked me to send them my latest paystub and the W2 form in the past 5 years.

Anyone has gone through this experience before? I am a little concerned about the base salary difference from my paystub to what I have put in my application form (submitted to HR when they prescreened). But in another month, I would get a raise of about $4000 in my paystub as we usually have raise in March or April.
