谢谢大家的回复。 感到很受鼓舞。已告诉老公，take it easy and go ahead. I think this might be the best way. 只是也如楼上有位朋友同样的疑问“为什么不让告诉别人自己被雷了？”公司还要叫他签字，说他是自己离开的，不是被公司雷掉的，才能换来这3个月的工资。实在是憋气啊。如果去找公司同事for referal. 这怎么说啊。干的好好的，自己想离开？
