Leader is hard to see. Most of time, what we saw is grouping their own people for power control, yelling at employees, fingerpointing other people. Threw temper on employees due to the personal reasons. The manager who threw all her temper on me 2 weeks before she kicked me out because her boyfriend broke up with her. I knew she liked that guy very much.

The manager that kicked me out changed her face quicker than the weather. Just 3 weeks before she kicked me out,she even wanted to give me a birthday gift. well, i bought a bottle of good wine for her birthday gift. I also gave her a christmas flower:Poinsettia. I tried to please her from the first day she came in the company. I finally realized that you can't please anyone no matter how much you try. One of my former coworker( she is an american), she told me that it was hard for her to please her boss.
