The big boss said it was a hard decision for him to let me go. At the end he standed on the lower manager side and let me go. i finally realized Managers stick together.

I knew the lower manager wanted to kick me out, but i thought the big big boss would protect me.The lower manager was brought in by the middle manager. That was why she dared to be very abusive.
