For your questions:

1. My boss told me that he told his boss with all these negative comments about me and ask more resources from his boss because of my not being able to complete all the work at the speed as he has expected.

2. After I update my boss with the status of each project I am handling, he told his boss that he is spending lots of time on the projects i am doing as well. so his boss asked him why two of you both spend so much time on one project.

3. I do not want to get things bigger. He may make my life more miserable. I also do not want to quit now. I really like my work. Although working with him is really not fun at all.
