我知道有不少人是特意去那租房子住，上好学校的。它的好处是竞争比 PLANO 区小，孩子排名容易靠前。如果在 PLANO 区，由于华人较多，排前不容易。

上班距离和价格是成反比的。如果要上班近，又要好学区，价格肯定下不来。

如果不介意上班远一点，可考虑 Allen、McKinney、Fricsco 这些新区。房价比较适中，学校也不错。
