觉得是否可以这样。

直接回信A告诉他虽然知道您的要求也是非常重要的，但客观情况无法同时完成两份工作，请他排priority。不要cc给B，如果需要调整工作内容的话请A直接先与B联系。非常简单的理由，c repots to a and a has theauthority and responsibility to manange cs work load. c has no reason totalk with b about his capacity.
