I have been this university for over 15 years since I first came to U.S as a student. So I really don't know exactly what a envirnoment outside of an academic world. From my deap heart, I feel uncomfortable to work in a totally strange world, plus I think the job secruity is much better in academic, although both worlds have their own risks
