their ethic level is low.  you can't have full trust to him.

Unfortunately you worked in Singapore IT, you get low-end projects thus makes your skills not easy up-to-date in market, and Singapore IT market culture is different from USA/Cananda. If you stay with your Indian Boss, good/bad thing can happen but likelly to be bad.
